Amazing basement creations finished our 1800 square foot basement. What a truly amazing company. Zach and his crew made our basement finishing project seamless. Their communication, work ethic and finished product were truly top notch. I would use them again in a heartbeat! The end result of our project didn’t add a basement, but added another level to our home, Excellent job!!

Scott and Amazing Basement Creations are a GREAT company! I approached them with a whole house remodel, and the design that Scott came up with was beautiful! His partner Zach did a great job communicating with me and keeping me up to date on schedules and any delays that happened during the renovation. The whole renovation took about 6 months and I was very pleased with the final outcomes. I strongly recommend Scott and Amazing Basement Creations. They are not like other contractors and will not feed you a line and WILL deliver what they said they would deliver for your project, they may even exceed what you had thought; I know that they defiantly exceeded my expectations and made my home remodel easy and stress free as it can be.

Amazing Basement Creations is far more than its title; it’s custom homes, complete remodels and additions. They finished our basement in 2004 and we returned to them 9 years later to gut our main floor, knock out walls, build out a patio and create an outdoor living space. From the GC to the subs, they’re spotless on cleanup, have complete attention to detail, are very creative and patient with homeowners who can’t make decisions! There’s only 1 choice for your remodel or addition needs: Amazing Basement Creations!

Our experience with Amazing Basement Creations has been excellent.
We first interacted with ABC at the Denver Fall Home Show. After trying to engage several other basement remodelers at the show (none of whom knew anything about the process), we stopped by the ABC booth. Scott talked with us for about 15 minutes and explained the design process. When then decided to move forward and contract for a basement design. Scott was patient and professional, designing a workable space that met our wants. He also provided recommendations that we had not considered. Finally, the price was very affordable.
We then decided to start the finishing process, but knew we could not initially afford to complete the basement immediately. We discussed our desires with Zach and he was very amendable to work within our budget constraints. We initially completed Phases I and II and waited a year to move into Phase III. We will complete the basement later this spring (Phase IV), a year and one-half after starting.
Never have there been any issues with our schedule. Zach has worked with us from day one ensuring our needs have been met and the work has always been professional. All of the subcontracts have been top-notch and friendly.
We strongly endorse Amazing Basement Creations; they will change your home!

What a joy it was to design our basement with the expertise of Scott Stephens and the design team of Amazing Basement Creations. We encountered the company at the Denver Home Show, along with many others but this group of people really stood out.
We had a web-consultation to find out how we wanted to use our basement space and then instantly Scott began the layout. Right on our computer screen our basement plans started taking shape instantly along with our input as well as Scott’s. It was so much fun! They even added furnishings and virtual images of the finished product to give us a real sense of the final basement project!
